Dr. Shapiro holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology and serves as adjunct faculty at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Private Pay Only
I do not accept insurance. I will provide a “superbill” which has all of the information you will need to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. You may want to contact your insurance company to find out what that benefit is and how to submit for reimbursement.
